Syllabi is built for store owners and employers to use to train their employees quickly and easily. Training is conducted over the internet, and can be completed by employees on their cell phones. Store owners and managers can see each employee's results, and identify problems.
Syllabi is a web-based application that can be used on any device. However, we recommend stores and employees use Google Chrome to access the site.
Everyone that works in a retail food store should be trained on all the items that the store sells. Many different states and the U.S. government require you to train your employees on SNAP, alcohol, tobacco, and WIC sales, so we recommend that all of your in-store employees and managers are trained. Store owners also need to be trained if they work in the store.
Most of our packages charge per employee or per training. Recurring payments only exist if you have requested that we maintain your records or provide your employees with regular updates and retrainings.
Your records will be maintained for thirty days after your trainings are complete. However, you will receive copies of your employee's certificates when they complete them. You may also download complete records before your account expires.
You may upgrade your account at any time. You may also add stores, employees and store managers on an ongoing basis.

As employees are tested through the system, Syllabi will provide feedback and retraining on topics that employees struggle with or are confused by.
